- What is your process for air duct cleaning ?
A Hepa Filtered Power Vacuum Dust Collector is attached to the ductwork while a compressed air Scrub Whip or Scrub Brush is used to clean interior surfaces of ductwork and plenums. Our equipment is generally capable of cleaning the entire system from end to end.
- How long will it take to do air duct cleaning in my home?
Each job can be different depending on the size of the home, accessibility of system and the different services performed. An average single system home with about 10 or 12 vents on a general purpose cleaning job will normally require 4 to 6 hours.
- How much does it cost for air duct cleaning?
We price our services very competitively with other legitimate companies. If you give me a call I can normally ask you a few questions about your home and give you an estimate of the cost on a general purpose air duct cleaning job right over the phone. Larger homes or if you have special concerns to address about your system will likely need an inspection and analysis of your system to give an estimate.
- Do guarantee your work ?
I always guarantee my workmanship and also guarantee that all services will be performed as agreed upon. I also maintain general liability insurance for the protection of my customers and their property.
- Does the air duct cleaning make a mess in my home ?
No. I am often complemented on keeping things clean as I work and I take pride in doing this. We attach a power vacuum collector to the ductwork and it keeps dust and pollutants from blowing out into your home.

Yes. I am on every job myself. I maintain the highest customer satisfaction and trust by doing the work myself rather than relying on a crew of employees.
- When will payment be expected ?
Thanks for asking. As a small, hands on contractor it is important that I collect payment upon completion of the job. Unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in advance, this will be expected.

As a "class A" fully licensed contractor, I do everything in heating and cooling including sales, service, and installation of new units.
